What to expect
Your first visit is a free consultation and patch test. We check your skin type and hair colour, choose between our diode and Nd:YAG lasers, and test a small patch so we can see how your skin responds.
On treatment day, the cooled handpiece moves over the area in quick pulses. Most clients describe a warm flick, and the session is over in around 2 hours. Treated hairs shed over the next two to three weeks.
Before & after each session
- Shave the area 24 hours before your appointment.
- No waxing, plucking, threading or hair-removal creams for four weeks before or during your course.
- Avoid sun, sunbeds and fake tan for two weeks before each session.
- Afterwards, skip heat (hot baths, saunas, the gym) for 24–48 hours and wear SPF 30+ every day.

What areas does full body include?
Full face, underarms, arms, full legs and full bikini. We'll confirm everything at your consultation and patch test any areas we haven't tested before.
Can I split a session over two appointments?
Yes. If two shorter evening appointments suit you better, we'll arrange that.
Is the face really free?
Yes. During laser season the full body course includes the full face at no extra cost, which is worth £450 on its own.
